MEET OUR SINGAPORE TEAM
Graham Crozier, Country Manager
Graham is Country Manager for Coface branch in Singapore, having joined the Group in January 2016 as Country Manager for Australia/New Zealand before relocating in April 2019. Graham has more than 35 years of experience in the Trade Credit Insurance industry, entering after university in Manchester in 1985 and spending 2 years in the London market before emigrating to Australia in 1989 where he worked in both Melbourne and Sydney.
With a background in both broking and underwriting, including starting and developing his own broking business 2008-2014, Graham has a keen focus on client relationship management, colleague engagement and development as well as general business management and is also a qualified and current Justice of the Peace (NSW).
David Agnew, Commercial Head
David Agnew is the Commercial Head, Singapore where he is responsible for the New Business and Account Management functions. Prior to joining Coface in 2019, David was based in New York where he was focusing on strategic international trade finance solutions for large clients.
David is a University of Edinburgh graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Studies, started his career in infrastructure project development and brings a wealth of experience from structured trade credit to international business development.
Brett Taylor, Vice President – Head of Risk Underwriting, Southeast Asia / Head of Risk Underwriting, Banking and Financial Institutions
Based in Singapore, Brett manages the underwriting teams and is in charge of risk underwriting and portfolio risk management for Southeast Asia. He also supports the underwriting and monitoring of banking and financial institution risk in Asia Pacific region. Brett’s career has primarily focused on the provision of trade finance, trade receivable and working capital financing and commercial lending covering all facets including credit & risk management, operations, origination, product development, relationship & portfolio management. Prior to joining Coface in October 2016, Brett spent over 16 years in GE Capital, where he was responsible for the development and underwriting of asset based lending across Asia, initially based in Sydney and then in Hong Kong. Brett has also worked for a number of international banks including Citibank and HSBC. Brett holds a Diploma in Export Management from the Australian Institute of Export.
Russil Flores, Head Of Claims
Russil Flores is currently the Senior Claims Manager of Coface Singapore having spent 13 years with Coface. She has 9 years of experience within Credit Report Production and Enhanced Information team. In her role as Senior Claims Manager, Russil is responsible for overseeing the claims handling for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines markets.
Prior to joining Coface, she was the Research Manager of Thomson Financial in Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Far Eastern University.
Hui Giap, Financial Controller
Hui Giap has a degree in accountancy from Nanyang Technology University, Singapore and a degree in applied psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University. She also holds qualifications of CA (Singapore) and CA ANZ. Having more than 15 years of work experience in financial reporting, finance operations, corporate governance, internal audit and external audit in general and life insurance industry.
As the financial controller of Coface Singapore, she plays a key role in business planning & budgeting, stress testing, own risk and solvency assessments (ORSA), business continuity management & internal controls. She is also responsible for management and regulatory reporting, investment and cash management & overseeing the finance operations, procurement procedures and matters relating to corporate tax laws & regulations.
Jeriel Choy, Regional HR Manager
Jeriel is Regional HR Manager, ASEAN based in Coface Singapore responsible for manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent management and employee engagement and the Regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager for Coface Asia Pacific Region.
With C&B Lead experience in her previous roles, Jeriel drives the annual HR C&B exercise by providing support and advisory to the HR Managers in the region on compensation proposals, job evaluation, salary structure review, and any other C&B related tasks and projects. Jeriel also oversees the Admin Function in Singapore.
